Unattended Self-Service Facility

Eco Waste operates as a fully self-service and unattended facility. No staff are present on site.

All activity at the yard is monitored by camera systems for safety, verification of materials, and billing purposes.

By entering the facility, customers agree to follow all posted rules, disposal guidelines, and billing policies.

Important Entry Rules

Unattended Self-Service Facility

Unattended Self-Service Facility

To ensure accurate billing and safe operation of the facility, the following rules must be followed:

• All tarps must be removed before entering the facility.
• This allows our camera system to clearly verify the contents of the truck or trailer.
• Customers must follow all posted traffic patterns and dumping locations.

If a tarp is not removed prior to entering, Eco Waste will be unable to verify the load contents.

In this situation, the load will automatically be billed at the maximum cubic yard capacity for that truck or trailer size under the Mixed Wood disposal rate.

This policy ensures fair billing and prevents misidentification of materials.
