Billing & Payment Policy

Billing & Payment Information

Eco Waste operates as a fully automated, unattended material disposal facility. To ensure efficient operations and uninterrupted access, all customers are required to maintain a valid payment method on file and comply with the following billing policies.

Automatic Daily Billing

All loads are tracked and billed daily at the end of each business day (5:00 PM) using the credit card on file.

Customers will receive a daily ticket/receipt via email outlining:

  • Date of visit
  • Material type
  • Quantity (estimated or measured)
  • Total charge

These daily tickets are for your records. A summarized statement may also be provided upon request.

Card on File Requirement

All accounts must have a valid credit or debit card on file prior to using the facility.

By maintaining an account with Eco Waste, you authorize us to:

  • Charge your card automatically for all material disposal
  • Charge applicable fees in accordance with this policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • Payment information is accurate and up to date
  • Sufficient funds or credit are available

Declined Payments & Account Holds

If a payment is declined for any reason:

  • A $35 failed payment fee will be applied
  • Your account will be immediately placed on hold
  • Gate access will be suspended until the balance is resolved

To restore access, the following must be completed:

  1. Outstanding balance paid in full
  2. Failed payment fee paid
  3. Valid payment method updated

Eco Waste is not responsible for declined transactions due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or incorrect information.

Repeated Payment Issues

Accounts with repeated declined payments may be subject to:

  • Conversion to a prepaid account
  • Requirement of maintaining a minimum account balance
  • Permanent suspension of access privileges

Prepaid Accounts (Optional / May Be Required)

To streamline operations and avoid interruptions, some customers may be placed on a prepaid system.

  • Funds are deposited in advance
  • Daily usage charges are deducted from the balance
  • Accounts may be required to maintain a minimum balance
  • Auto-reload options may be available

Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must notify Eco Waste within 48 hours of the transaction.

We utilize:

  • On-site cameras
  • Load verification procedures
  • Truck identification systems

to ensure accurate billing.

All determinations made by Eco Waste after review are final.

Authorization & Agreement

By applying for and using an Eco Waste account, you acknowledge and agree to all billing terms outlined on this page.
